It is used to manage several bacterial infections like lower respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia, acute bacterial otitis media lower respiratory tract infections, pneumonia, infection in the ear, skin, urinary tract infections, gonorrhoea, pelvic inflammatory disease, bacterial septicaemia, bone and joint infections, intra-abdominal infections, including peritonitis and biliary tract infections, bacterial meningitis, surgical prophylaxis (pre-operative antibiotics, infections in neutropenic patients). Pneumonia is an infection which causes inflammation in the air sac producing cough with phlegm and shortness of breath. Urinary tract infection affects the urinary bladder later gets spreads to the kidneys. Bacteraemia is an infectious condition indicating presence of bacteria in the blood stream. Bacterial meningitis is an infection caused by bacteria in the region surrounding the brain. Neutropenic is low levels of neutrophils (a type of white blood cells) in our body. It is used in the management of infections of the brain (meningitis), lungs, middle ear, abdomen, and abdominal wall (peritonitis), urinary tract and kidneys, bones and joints, skin or soft tissues, blood, and heart. CEFROCK S 375MG INJECTION can also be used to manage specific sexually transmitted infections (gonorrhoea and syphilis), patients with low white blood cell counts (neutropenia) who have fever due to bacterial infection, Lyme disease (caused by tick bites), and infections during surgery. CEFROCK S 375MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in premature babies and new-born babies having jaundice. Before receiving CEFROCK S 375MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney diseases, colitis, hemolytic anemia, gallstones or kidney stones, upcoming surgeries, or pancreatitis. CEFROCK S 375MG INJECTION should be used with caution in pregnancy and breast feeding. Contact your doctor before receiving. CEFROCK S 375MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in premature babies. Contact your child’s doctor. CEFROCK S 375MG INJECTION should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years or above). Contact your doctor before receiving.
